Jam24Radio is an online radio station and music discovery platform. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through jam24radio.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Fan newsletter: your first name, your email address, and a record of the consent you gave (the wording, version and date).

Artist accounts: the account and profile details you provide when registering, plus subscription records for paid memberships. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

HOW WE USE IT

To send the newsletter updates you asked for, to operate artist accounts and memberships, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

CONSENT AND UNSUBSCRIBING

Newsletter sign-ups use a double opt-in: you confirm by email before we send anything. The consent wording we record is: "By subscribing, you agree to receive news and updates from JAM24Radio. You can unsubscribe at any time."

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Unsubscribing is recorded and we will not add you back without a fresh sign-up.

RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS

We keep subscriber records for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a record of unsubscribes so we can honour your choice. You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.
